Sports Shooting Country Club™

The Empire State Gun Club is an undertaking of a closely held private Shooting Sports Club. We are in the process of coordinating a world class indoor shooting and law enforcement training complex. Our luxurious facilities will cater to the upper end of the shooting community and will be located on the Nassau/Suffolk border of Long Island, NY. The complex will include multiple NRA pistol /small caliber rifle ranges, an indoor 200 yard high-power rifle range, a 360 °; multistory Law Enforcement training live-fire shoothouse and the metro area's only indoor live-fire trap/skeet/sporting clays facility.

There will also be a private high-end member's-only lounge featuring its own 5 lane range and locker room facilities, with the intention of an oak and leather upscale club room. This separate area will be accessible in a true 24 hour, 7 day a week schedule and have it's own private parking area. There will also be on-premise franchisees that will be providing upscale goods and services that will complement the rest of our club's offerings, with discounted advantages for club members. Full service event caterer as well as an exclusive Firearms Dealer and Gunsmith service are intended concessionaires. The fully licensed Firearms dealer/Gunsmith has already signed on. We will be providing an experience that can most closely be compared to being a member in an exclusive country club, We are currently assembling a founding investor/member group to fund the development and construction of this approximately $30 million project.

Investment in the Club will bring numerous benefits to the individual; in the form of a social sport shooting environment and a place for corporate entertainment and events. These will include extensive access to the facilities and the private lounge not available to the bulk of the membership, full access for guests and the ability to utilize exotic weapons not available anywhere else in the state. The founding investor/member will also be participating in the overall control of the club through a formal board. There is no facility anywhere in the northeast of this magnitude and scope. There is also no more an affluent region than Long Island with its proximity to the multi-million dollar homes on Park Avenue and the corresponding summer homes of the Hamptons.

We feel that the further constrictions placed on public facilities will continue because of the escalation of real estate value on open land. With the fastest growing corporate sector of country being the Route 110 corridor and the number of high net-worth individuals who make the metropolitan area their home, we feel that growth potential and founding investor/member investment value will be stellar. The club will feature tiered memberships from daily to yearly with high-end full service all-inclusive non-investor dues of $15,000.

The ability to network with peers who share the same passion in shooting sports is an incalculable perk of membership. Catered social functions hosted by the club featuring celebrities, public figures and politicians as well as world renowned instructors providing exclusive training to invite-only members will make the club membership a must-have for corporate executives and upscale enthusiasts.

Taken from the Golf Country Club model, the Empire State Gun Club will be the pinnacle of shooting entertainment with most every desire catered to. By no means will this be a small endeavor. Some of Long Island's premier publicly traded and private companies are located in close proximity. Arrow Electronics, North Fork Bankcorp, American Home Mortgage, Esté Lauder, Pall Laboratories, Reckson Associates and George Tsunis Real Estate to name a few, all call it home. New neighbors will be OSI Pharmaceuticals and Henry Schein is expanding their headquarters.

The advancement of Republic Airport to major corporate jet basing as well as several luxury hotels along the corridor makes the Club ripe for expense-account spending. There are a lot of executive's who are looking for an environment where they can entertain their corporate clients in an exclusive and exciting setting. Team building, conferences, business meetings, corporate functions can be hosted at the Club. Celebrities and public figures alike have all been searching for a facility that reflects their social status.
